What began as a small, part-time venture quickly evolved into a full-scale operation driven by demand and disciplined execution. Originally launched by Ryan while Ashley embraced her new role as a stay-at-home mom, it became clear early on that the business required both of their strengths to meet growing volume and quality expectations.

During the day, while Ryan worked his full-time job, Ashley managed all refurbishing operations—overseeing intake, repairs, quality checks, and order fulfillment. In the evenings, after dinner, the two of them doubled down together, refining systems, streamlining processes, and building a customer-first operation from the ground up—often with their young son by their side.

After two years of sustained growth and rising customer demand, Ryan and Ashley transitioned the business into their full-time careers.
